Safari Terms and Conditions

Rajasthan Government reserves the Right of Admission.
In case of emergency, the park might be closed without serving any prior notice.
After confirmed booking, there is no refund/cancellation is available.
Bookings can’t be transferred
No reserve seats are exchangeable and resell again with another tourist.
Before entering the park, an identity proof copy needs to be submitted
Before park entry, identity proof is required. Also, the original ID will be checked.
After the booking, in case of tickets and accessories rates changes, tourists will be responsible to pay the new amount while entering the park.
All the details like contact number, name, etc. mentioned during booking should match your Original ID Proofs, as it is mandatory to show the same ID proof at the counter while collecting the boarding passes. Booking with incomplete details of ID proof will be considered invalid.
Before the scheduled departure time of any designated boarding point, the tourist must report for boarding of Gyspy/Canter, 15 minutes before.
There are no charges for Still Camera.
Tourists can book tickets a year ago online for safari, with the effect from September 12, 2018.
The entry/excursions can be prohibited by the authority in the specific zone, under unavoidable circumstances.
Usage of mobile phones for tourists might be prohibited in National Park/Sanctuary by the Director/Field Conservator of Forests.
No tourist is allowed to use spotlights inside National Parks/Sanctuaries unless concerned Director/Dy.Director/DFO permits it. For activities like trekking, filming, camping, and use of watchtower, etc. will be allowed by Chief Wildlife Warden.
Any changes in the safari program by the tourist must be done in writing or else, it won’t be done.
All the park safari is charged in advance by the Forest Department. Only after receiving the full payment in advance, the bookings are confirmed. Also, these bookings are non-adjustable and refundable.
Where safari bookings have been made in advance and confirmed to you in writing, a cancellation/amendment fee equal to 100% of the tourist entry fees + vehicle entry fees + vehicle hire charges + naturalist fees will be charged for any cancellation or amendment to the safari programme, according to the vehicle request.
When a safari booking is not confirmed to you in writing, there will be no cancellation fee charged for the safari program.
During the late arrival and missing the scheduled safari cancellation fee equal to tourists entry fees + vehicle entry fees + vehicle hire charges + naturalist fees will be charged.
When tourists cancel the safari, the cancellation fee equals tourist entry fees + vehicle entry fees + vehicle hire charges + naturalist fees will be charged.
When the tourist chooses an alternative excursion instead of a safari-like Fort Drive, a 100% cancellation with tourist entry fee + vehicle entry fees + vehicle hire charges + naturalist fees will be charged along with the total cost of the new excursion.
A full fee of safari including tourist entry fees+vehicle fees+no.of seat reserved+naturalist fee - a 100% fee will be charged by the authority when some group members refuse to go on safari.
When canters are not available, a request for canters will not be processed. We will provide safaris by jeep and charges will be accordingly.
All vehicles will remain subject to availability until the drive.
Please note, in case of changes in the entry fee, the extra fee must be paid by the tourist. Ranthambore National Park Authority will intimate you regarding the changes and it will be applicable on future bookings
Terms and Conditions are subject to change, may append or amend without prior notice or information due to various Government Policies.
Rates are subject to change in case of change in Validity Periods, Rate Seasons, Contracted periods, Applicable laws or government policies.
